Welcome to A&M Construction! We are a local East Texas family dedicated to building custom homes. Our journey started out of a desire to build not just a house, but a home to raise our family and create memories in. Our faith guides how we treat people, and how we build: with honesty, care and quality in every detail.

Beginning in 2021, Alex and Morgan began the process of learning the building process. Inspired by their family business, Atlas Building Systems, they started taking on small projects. Using 3rd generation construction knowledge and guided by skilled and established builders, they slowly planned their first custom build in 2023 with the goal of creating a home intentionally designed and detail oriented for their family and newborn baby — and so A&M Construction began!
They have a passion for serving others through building custom homes catered to the families that dreamed them up. They believe that families who have been good stewards of their finances and entrusted A&M Construction with their build deserve strong stewardship over those same finances throughout the build, no matter the budget.

We start with how your family actually lives. From there we shape blueprints, pick finishes, and lock in a clear budget — no guesswork, no surprises.
Already own land? Great. Still looking? We can help. We handle surveys, soil work, and permits so you don't have to chase paperwork on weekends.
Foundation through finish, we're on-site daily with our trusted local crews. You get weekly progress updates so you're never wondering what's happening on your build.
Final walk-through, key handoff, and a one-year warranty walk after you've lived in it. We don't disappear after closing — we're a phone call away.
